About Nuzzly

These terms apply when you visit or purchase from the Nuzzly online store. Contact scoprinuzzly@outlook.com with questions before ordering. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Products and safe use

Product photographs illustrate the item; colors and appearance may vary by screen and production batch. Read and follow the instructions supplied with the baby sling. Use only within the manufacturer's confirmed age and weight limits. Ensure the child is supported, their face remains visible, and their nose and mouth are clear. Keep one hand on the child while moving. Do not use a damaged or insecurely fastened sling. Product imagery does not replace the manufacturer's instructions.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available shipping options, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Preparation is estimated at 1–3 business days and delivery at 4–8 business days after dispatch for eligible destinations. See our Shipping Policy for details. Return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery; see our Return & Refund Policy for instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes others' rights. Third-party services linked from the site are governed by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

Updates and contact
